So, if she took pics of herself when she was still underage, then couldn’t she herself be responsible for child porn? Either way, she is an idiot as you’d think she would have learned her lesson the first time around. BUT IT IS ALSO RATHER CURIOUS THAT THESE SUPPOSEDLY PRIVATE PICS MYSTERIOUSLY APPEAR ON THE NET AROUND THE SAME TIME HER NEW MOVIE IS COMING OUT. COINCIDENCE, I THINK NOT. …maybe she’s not an idiot after all. And actually, didn’t those other pics of her come out around the same time her HSM movie came out too?

I don’t care if she’s trying to break into adult roles- she’s still (unfortunately) a role model for millions of preteen girls. What kind of message is she sending to them? Kids are already insecure enough- now make them think they have to take naked pictures of themselves to be cool?

Rather than beat up on her though I suppose we can all just enjoy the photos of her naked self. I also don’t think the pics are CP even if she wasn’t 18 at the time (though I really don’t see it being true that she was underage) … more nekkid emo artsy kinda images if you ask me.
